The resources detailed below can assist with payment for CNA, CNA Plus and/or CBRF classes if you qualify for their program. We do not have additional information about their programs, so please contact them directly if you have questions or concerns.

Adult applicants who qualify for W-2 services, FoodShare or childcare can apply to receive paid training. You must contact the agency that serves the zip code you live in.

Funding Resource: Silver Spring Neighborhood Center
All applicants must qualify for the Transform Milwaukee Jobs Program using the requirements listed below:
- Reside in Milwaukee County.
- 18-23 years old childless young adults -- not required to meet the following: a child support order, a child welfare reunification plan, or be an ex-offender.
- 21-64 years old with child-- MUST meet the following: a child support order, a child welfare reunification plan, or be an ex-offender.
- If older than 24 years of age, must be the biological, adoptive or primary relative caregiver of a child under age of 18.
- Individual must have one of the following, a child support order, a child welfare reunification plan, or be an ex-offender.
- Must have been unemployed for the last four (4) consecutive calendar weeks prior to enrollment.
- Cannot be receiving W2 benefits and must not be eligible to receive Unemployment Insurance Compensation
- Have an annual household income that is less than 150% of the federal poverty guideline for the household size.

Funding Resource: Southeastern Works - (Pays for CNA classes and more)
For more information about the qualifications for their programs. please contact them at (262) 697-4752. This program provides assistance with training, employment search, work experience, supportive services and equipment such as gas cards, uniforms, shoes, books. If you have already taken the class, but don't have the money for the state exam, they may also be able to assist you with payment for that as well.
